Cancellation Policy
For customized table mats orders cancellation of order is is not available, as they are produced against your order with your messages/ photographs/designs, that cannot be used for another customer. Before placing the order, please ensure you have chosen the right design, and customized it with the correct content (text/images/clip art/ colours etc).
Refund Policy
100% refund is guaranteed against return of goods if the goods delivered have defects. Refund is subject to the deduction of the transport costs if the same is to be borne by Taurus Table Mats.
